Daily Passion
It all started with our co-founder's enchantment with the aroma of freshly baked bread and delicate croissants back in her school days at Le Cordon Bleu. After savouring a variety of bakes overseas, an idea started to form – to bring back the finest croissant she had experienced, one that was missing in Singapore.
This fascination soon transformed into an enduring passion, fostered by the enchanting world of French bakeries.
Daily Struggle
Yet, realising this dream was no simple task. Six dedicated months were spent mastering the art of breadmaking, alongside countless hours and resources devoted to exploring an array of baked goods.
Fuelled by a profound love for food, a significant decision was made – to offer more than mere baked goods.
This concept particularly resonated with those who eagerly journeyed far and wide for a taste of these creations.

And so, the concept of a multi-concept store emerged – a haven where patrons could relish beloved pastries, savor rich coffee, delight in mouthwatering main courses (the cherished rosti leading the pack!), and indulge in gelato, all under one roof.
